In July 2026, CFR Chemicals was acquired by PERIN Resources, LLC. CFR supplies commodity and specialty chemicals to the energy, industrial manufacturing, and resources industries in Western Canada. In addition, it provides blending, rental, and storage services, along with distribution and transloading capabilities, to support customer needs. The CFR name and brands are unaffected by this transaction.
PERIN Resources, LLC was founded in 2003 and is a leading petrochemical marketing and logistics company headquartered in Houston, Texas, that has established itself as a commercial problem solver in petrochemicals by filling gaps between major producers and markets. PERIN specializes in solvents, glycols, olefins, and LPG products, but has global reach in procurement in many other spaces.
